What BredCrum collects
When you sign in with Google, BredCrum receives your Google account identifier, email address, display name, and profile image. This information is used only to authenticate you, show your account in the app, and keep your budget data connected only to your signed-in account.
Your budgeting information
Budget categories, income, transactions, goals, and preferences are stored in a user-scoped cloud record so they can synchronize across your devices. An on-device copy is also retained for offline recovery.
How information is used
Account information is used to provide sign-in and account separation. Budget information is used only to provide the tracker's features and synchronize your BredCrum workspace across your devices. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
Sharing and service providers
Google processes the sign-in request under Google's own privacy terms. The site's hosting and database providers process the user-scoped cloud record needed to operate synchronization. We do not sell budgeting information or share it for advertising. Information may be disclosed only when required by law or to protect the security of the service.
Retention and your choices
Your signed-in session lasts up to seven days. Signing out ends the session. Cloud budget information remains until you use “Delete Cloud Data” in Settings. The on-device recovery copy remains until you clear the app's local data. You can export a backup before deleting either copy. You may also use “Delete account and all data” in Settings to remove your cloud budget and the current device's recovery copy together, then end your session.
